Return & exchanges
Because of the nature of print on demand, all products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange if there are no obvious errors or quality issues with the product. This is because each product is made to order and personalized.
Quality or damaged products
If you are not happy with the quality or there are production errors, please get in touch within 20 days of receiving the items and we'll do everything we can to investigate and find a sollution.
If our supplier validates your claim, a complimentary replacement order will be shipped.
Printing is a chemical process, and 100% color consistency cannot be achieved. Multiple factors can influence the final result, such as machine types, settings, paper types, humidity etc. Color variations due to the above mentioned reasons are not covered under the quality guarantee and will therefor not qualify for a return or refund.
Defective or damaged products
If the product is damaged or is defective when received we ask that you contact us as stated above within 20 days so we can investigate.
If a order is lost in transit, please get in touch within 20 days of the estimated arrival date. Our supplier will send a replacement order.
